As mentioned earlier, there are no other facilities available here due to its residential land title. Residents need to commute out to get the basics and essentials things. It could be both a blessing and a curse. It’s a blessing when there’s an assurance that there’s no high incoming traffic here and it’s a curse because you do need to commute out more in order to reach to surrounding amenities.

For parents who seek for peace and quiet, away from a busy and hectic lifestyle with kids, do go for the master bedroom located on the highest floor. The master bedroom is the only room on that level. It has a grand balcony with a splendid view. It also comes with an entertainment / study area.

Taman Skudai Indah 2 is where Indah Heights nestles. It is located along Persiaran Utama 1. It takes 30 minutes to get there from Johor Bahru. Take Jalan Tun Razak from Jalan Datin Halimah. Follow Route 1 that heads towards Jalan Gelang Patah into Taman Ungku Tun Amina from Jalan Bertingkat Skudai. Later, get onto Jalan Persiaran Utama 1 as this will lead you to Indah Heights.

This is a relatively new housing area. Immediate facilities and amenities are unavailable within the housing area itself. Residents will have to make their way out of Indah Heights and thankfully there are a lot of amenities that are located within other housing townships nearby!

There are a lot of existing housing areas that have been here for decades. Among them are Taman Universiti Skudai, Taman Skudai Indah, Taman Skudai Ria, Taman Skudai Baru, Taman Johor Bahru, Taman Bukit Gemilang, as well as the up and coming housing areas such Taman Mutiara Mas, Rini Hill 2 and Taman Mutiara Rini.

Tesco is the closest hypermarket

Tesco Extra Mutiara Rini is the closest hypermarket located along Jalan Gelang Patah. Meanwhile, Mydin Mall is currently under construction and will be neighbouring Tesco soon.

There are numerous mini marts or mom and pop shops around. Among them are Berjaya Mini Mart at Jalan Bakti 2, Pasar Mini Chanthira and Kedai Runcit Bismi at Jalan Bakti, 7-11 at Taman Mutiara Rini and Pasar Mini Risan at Jalan Keindahan 1.

One would reckoned that Indah Heights is aimed at those who can pay the big bucks. With the massive size and high quality materials, this is the property that the developer hopes to please buyers with the money to spend. Besides quality, privacy is another element that comes into play at Indah Heights. It is secluded and located slightly deeper inside of Skudai’s grid. This would definitely bring a peace of mind to those who are willing to pay the extra cash for privacy.

The choice comes down to the buyers. If an enormous home with a well-guarded private living area is what you seek for, then this is the place to settle in. If you have the millions to spare, it shouldn’t be a problem to splurge on such properties. Definitely, potential residents here could definitely afford more than one car as living at Indah Heights would require you to commute out regularly in order to get to amenities and getting basic needs such as groceries.

As for regular Joes with a budget cap, there are other neighbouring housing areas here that are more affordable especially when it comes to landed property. Look at the bright side, you would still have the same access to the same amenities here and perhaps, such amenities are just a walk away from these affordable housing areas.
