Ivory Signature Suites is a development with a very interesting concept, as every unit in this development will be a dual key unit. Location
Ivory Signature Suites is a development which the site was carefully selected for its central location in the heart of Petaling Jaya. It enjoys direct access to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) via the newly cut roads, which the highway is also connected to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Other highways that are within a short drive of the development is the Federal Highway.
As these are some of the more major highways in the Klang Valley, they are well connected to the other major suburbs of the city. Getting to Bandar Sunway through the NKVE takes motorists not more than 15 minutes, and getting to Kelana Jaya no more than 10 minutes. The Kuala Lumpur city centre is also not far at all at about 20 minutes, as are Bangsar and TTDI.
Getting public transportation from SS2 is also easy as the newly opened Phileo Damansara MRT station is only about 10 minutes away, complimented by the many RapidKL bus stops in SS2 where the MRT shuttle busses pass through.
These are however all ways of getting out of SS2, a very self-sufficient area that doesn’t require residents to travel out for anything. Within 5 minutes of Ivory Signature Suites is the commercial hub of SS2, which hosts a morning market daily, drawing customers from all over Petaling Jaya. And within this square is also a newly upgraded public basketball court.
Surrounding the square is every sort of amenity imaginable available. There is a McDonald and KFC outlet for fast food choices, many bakeries, and a couple of Chinese coffee shops. There are also many western and Asian cafes here that open until late night, hardware shops, mamak shops and even a VR Lab for entertainment. And every Monday night there is a night market, and running through the middle of the square is a covered street food area that opens daily.
There are even petrol stations in this enclave, as well as police station, fruit shops, and even a popular karaoke outlet. And another thing the area is popular for is its durian shops, something that is unique to SS2 in the Klang Valley, which draws visitors from all over the Klang Valley.

Ivory Signature Suites is a project that has not won the interest of the general public, with most of the interested buyers being apprehensive about the project being located opposite the shutdown SS2 Mall. This development has apparently been in the pipelines for a while already, and is just making its debut. Not taking into account its history however, Ivory Signature Suites is indeed an enticing development to home buyers for its central location.
