The density will be relatively low, as there will be only 600 units of homes that will be housed in 4 blocks of 31 storeys. This means that each block will have a grand total of only 150 units.

Kaleidoscope is a development that is located close to the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, just next to Ampang. More specifically, Kaleidoscope will be situated just next to Bukit Dinding – a neighbourhood of lush and gorgeous greeneries.
With its pristine location, Kaleidoscope will be located only 20 minutes from the city centre. Residents will find that they enjoy seamless access to many of the major city highways, including the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and to a certain extent the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH). The major trunk roads in the area that residents will enjoy access to is Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Jelatek.
Residents of Kaleidoscope will enjoy being located in a matured neighbourhood that is self sufficient. Of the choices of education institutions in the area is Fairview International School, and the choices of national schools include Sekolah Rendah Agama Taman Sepakat, SMK Taman Setiawangsa Masjid Al-Khairiyah AU3, and SMK Seksyen 5 Wangsa Maju.
The multitude of food and beverage choice in the area is not to be dismissed either as there are several business hubs in the area. For entertainment in form of shopping malls, Wangsa Walk Mall is only 2.6 kilometres away, and then Suria KLCC and its surrounding malls such as Fahrenheit 88 and Pavilion are only less than 10 kilometres away. In the neighbourhood is also the hypermarket Aeong Big and the supermarket mall of Aeon AU2.
Medical institutions are aplenty in the heart of the city, with some of the most touted ones being Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur. This medical centre is only 7 kilometres away from Kaleidoscope, and then there is the Prince Court Medical Centre, a favourite of expatriates, only about 11.5 kilometres away.
