Kota Seriemas is a 2,400 acre colossal township located in the heart of Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As the developer beautifully puts it, Kota Seriemas translates to resort living in the greater airport city. Surrounded by a plethora of lush greeneries, Kota Seriemas is the true definition of resort living.

The township emphasizes on the concept of eco-friendly and wholesome living by introducing a series of affordable residential and commercial offerings to purchasers. Residents enjoy resort style living with amenities such as an 18–hole golf course, beach soccer, basketball and sepak takraw pitches and a beautiful 88-acre linked park, Laman Ilmu.

A few of its notable projects in Kota Seriemas include names such as Laman Alamanda, the 2-storey ultra spacious super-link homes and Frangipani Villas at Laman Cempaka. One of its more well-known commercial developments is the resort commercial centre Phase 2 D’Street Mall, which houses shop-lot businesses.

In a bid to show support for the community with educational and healthcare institutions, Kota Seriemas plays host to a world-class hospital and nursing college, KPJ Healthcare University College. The facility was completed in 2005 and has currently enrolled about 2,000 students. As it is with all Malaysia cities, Nilai is made up of a diverse population consisting of Malay, Chinese, Indian and minorities. The ethnic distribution in Nilai is made up of 46% Chinese, 32% Malay and 22% Indian. The town is mainly Chinese dominated and this is evident from the number of Chinese restaurants and businesses etched in the township.

There are limited entertainment establishments in Nilai as compared to developed cities such as Kuala Lumpur. However, there are a few sufficient places to serve residents’ needs such as the Nilai 3 Wholesale Centre, Nilai Square, Mydin, Giant hypermarket and Tesco hypermarket. People normally travel down to Seremban for wider shopping choices particularly fashion at shopping malls such as Terminal One and Parkson Seremban.

Due to its close proximity to KLIA and KLIA2, Nilai is home to a number of renowned hotels such as Nilai Springs Resort Hotel and Allson Klana Resort and Hotel. There are also many air stewardesses who stay in Nilai and commute to KLIA daily, especially in areas such as Cempaka.

Nilai is also located nearby to the world class Sepang F1 International Circuit, which hosts international F1 racing events every year. It is also close to Malaysia’s government administration city Putrajaya and the colossal IT hub of Cyberjaya. Laman Alamanda is another major development located within Kota Seriemas. The beautifully crafted superlink homes are a sight to behold. In terms of built-up, Laman Alamanda is slightly bigger than Cempaka Seri 2. The interior of Laman Alamanda is also more appealing than Cempaka Seri 2 due to the fact that the 2-storey townhouse setting is a little cramped. Other than that, both houses are located in Kota Seriemas which has a promising future due to its education hub stature. The choice is yours.
