Kyra was first launched in July 2019. It comprises 194 units of freehold 20’ × 75’ double-storey link house. These units were priced from RM563,888. At the time of launch, 80 per cent of the total units were sold.

Sime Darby Property had a Spotlight 8 campaign which ran from July 13 to September 29, where a total of 1,127 units were sold. It was introduced in line with the national Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2019, which runs until 31 Dec 2019.

The Spotlight 8 campaign offered rebates for existing properties within established and emerging townships, and new products ranging from the property developer’s affordable collection to a co-created residential project, across 8 locations in the Greater Klang Valley. The developer said that buyers flocked to the 8 locations namely Bandar Bukit Raja, City of Elmina, KL East, Subang Jaya, Serenia City, Putra Heights, Negeri Sembilan and Kajang, for a chance to grab the best deals offered throughout the campaign period.

Over the 12-week period, Sime Darby Property launched three new projects – Kyra and Laman Lakeside in Bandar Bukit Raja, and Serenia Arina, in Serenia City, Sepang, and offered a preview of Aurora, the first to-based high-rise project in Subang Jaya City Centre.

The township is at its second stage of a three-stage development period that stretches into 2030. Bandar Bukit Raja has an expected population of 82,000 at full capacity.

The developer has previously mentioned the new projects received an overwhelming response with Kyra, the second series in the Affordable Homes Collection, achieving 95 per cent take-up, while Laman Lakeside, the RM1.5 million semi-detached and lakeside homes in Bandar Bukit Raja, raked in 84 per cent take-up.
