Tower A is located closest to the entrance to Liberty Arc whereas Tower B and C will sit at the back of Tower A – overlooking all the podium facilities on Level 8. The starting price for units at Tower B and C is RM299,000. The studio units at Tower A is currently selling for RM337,000. The maintenance fee is RM0.25 per sq ft. The appointed landscape architect is Site Concepts International (SCI) and the building architect is Veritas.
The studios are divided into intermediate and corner units. Intermediate units do not have balconies while corner units have balconies. Corner units are priced RM5,000 higher that intermediate units.
Living room

There is also Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE), which is directly linked to MRR2, and crosses through Setapak, Sentul, Segambut-Mont Kiara, and all the way to Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP).

Traffic conditions on MRR2 during the non-rush hours
To get there, a good starting point is Jalan Ampang. However, Jalan Ampang is notorious for heavy traffic at all hours except in the mornings from 9.30am to 12 noon. These are the best times to traverse this well-beaten path without being caught in a crawl.

Once you reach the end of Jalan Ampang, and reach its connecting point to Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), make a U-turn under the flyover onto the opposite side of MRR2 where Island Bambu restaurant is. Liberty Arc is also accessible through the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), the Federal Highway, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), and Jalan Genting Kelang. Both NPE and the Federal Highway links to MRR2.
