Curvo Residences is the final residential phase of the first integrated development in Setapak, SkyArena.
Maju Kuala Lumpur is a multi-block condominium project from the esteemed Maju Group. It is located strategically along KL-Seremban highway and has many access points leading into the City Centre and neighbouring suburbs.
Headed by Tan Sri Abu Sahid, the conglomerate has a number of core businesses including property, construction, manufacturing, services and infrastructure. Perhaps it will ring a bell if we mention Bandar Tasik Selatan. The brainchild of Maju Group has since blossomed into a flourishing township. Its presence is also echoed in Johor with the introduction of medium cost apartments at Bukit Saujana.
Other prominent developments include the 33-storey office tower which houses Maju Holdings and the newly built Parkson Maju Junction Mall.

Project Details
The project consists of 7 blocks with a total occupancy of 4,200 units. Scheduled to be completed somewhere in December 2021, it is a leasehold project with 99 years expiry date. With typically only 1 type of layout, the duplex / loft setting has a built-up of 882 sq ft.
The unit is basically 90% fully furnished all with Panasonic appliances. Each unit will be supplied with 4 air-conditioners (1.5 hp in the living room and 1.0 hp in the other 3 rooms). Residents will also have the luxury of owning a 40 inch full LED LCD TV provided free by the developer and also a built-in shoe cabinet.
In the kitchen, the unit comes equipped with a built-in oven, microwave, hood and cooking hob, a 333 liter Econavi Inverter refrigerator, a top loading washing machine and kitchen cabinet.
It also comes with a built-in food waste disposal system in the kitchen sink. This generally means that any leftover food, even hard chicken bones can be thrown into the sink and will be crunched to bits allowing it to be naturally washed down the drain.
It also introduces a smart automated vacuum waste collection system. The presence of a waste drop outlet outside each unit allows garbage to be transported to a centralized collection centre within a fully sealed underground system. It is efficient, odourless, hygienic and convenient for residents.
A 5 tier security system is what they call it in Maju Kuala Lumpur. Starting from auxiliary police serving as security guards, it boasts 4 more layers of security such as CCTV surveillance, different access cards for car parks and units, an indoor panic button and grill doors (provided by developer).
Perhaps the most distinguished feature of this development lies in its flexible payment structure. Instead of having to pay the full 10% deposit in a go, investors are given the flexibility of paying in installments up to 36 months. Within this period, investors are not required to obtain a bank loan. You may start to source for a bank loan only after 3 years which is an advantage to those who are financially constrained.
You might ask then what happens if you are unable to secure a bank loan after servicing your 10% deposit after 3 years. The developer allows for you to transfer the unit to another buyer of your choice. If you are unable to find one, the developer will source one for you.
Also, perhaps this is the only development which introduces the same selling price for Bumi and non-Bumi buyers. Priced from RM 590,000, the developer has guaranteed that the price will not change from now until the next 36 months. This means that if you book your unit and start servicing your 10% deposit, the selling price will still be the same when you apply for a bank loan in 3 years time.
However, parking is not provided for free and is available for rental at RM150 per month. There will also be a myriad of sporting facilities available such as futsal, badminton, basketball and a gym with the exception of a swimming pool.
The ground floor of the development encompasses a 1 million sq ft commercial space which will house a shopping mall, hypermarket, Cineplex, bowling alley, F&B outlets and landscaped gardens.
Location
The beauty of Maju Kuala Lumpur lies in its strategic location. Located along the KL-Seremban highway, it is surrounded by neighbouring districts such as Sungai Besi, Bukit Jalil, Desa Petaling, Seri Kembangan and Sri Petaling.
With only 10 minutes away from the KL City Centre, it is certainly encouraging be it for investment or for own stay.
Within a 10 km radius, potential investors are welcomed by a few major shopping malls such as Mid Valley Megamall, The Mines and Suria KLCC for a dose of retail therapy.
As its slogan suggests, the development is truly urban living redefined. A variety of cuisine outlets are conveniently erected around its premise. From Chinese to Western and Indian to local treats, residents will never experience a shortness of delicacy burst.
The commercial area encompassing Maju Kuala Lumpur promises a variety of necessities from banks, education establishments and medical facilities. Within close proximity lies Wisma Standard Chartered and also a huge furniture city where residents can conveniently shop for furniture.
The transit oriented development is close to MRT and KTM station. The developer has revealed that the project will be connected to the upcoming Sungai Besi MRT Interchange and the current KTM station, which will take a mere 5 minute walk. It will be a covered pathway that links directly to the stations.
The stations will be connected directly to KL Sentral ERL, which then via a 35 minute ride will arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. This is an advantage and important selling point as residents will be able to come out straight from their homes and travel straight to the airport.
Apart from that, the developer will introduce 2 dedicated traffic interchange which links directly from Besraya Highway and KL-Seremban Highway to the project. This means that instead of residents having to make a U-turn when they are travelling from KL-Seremban Highway, a road will be built to turn right directly into their sanctuary.
This integration is pivotal in easing the already congested traffic in KL when returning to your own home.
