We believe the three-storey semi-Ds at Park Residence @ Sunway Eastwood can be considered as trophy homes for own occupation and for use as a family home. Apart from having being built by a world-class developer, these high-end residential properties are made of high-quality materials and come with superior fittings and fixtures.

The high-end homes could have some potential as investment properties due to their proximity to department stores, malls and prestigious schools, particularly the highly-anticipated Johns Hopkins Medical School. However, the RM2.14 million price tag limits your rental prospects as well as possible capital appreciation. Expensive properties are also harder to sell due to the limited pool of wealthy home buyers and their exacting tastes.

Apart from being leasehold, another downside is that Sunway Eastwood is close to power transmission towers supporting high-tension cables (HTC). Nonetheless, electromagnetic readings at the project hover at a safe level, so the transmission towers are more of an eye-sore than a health hazard.
