The Pinnacle Tower Model in the Main Showroom Lobby
Again, the Pinnacle Tower Model in the Main Showroom Lobby
The showroom unit I was lead into is the Type A1 unit which is 1,115 sq.ft, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
Floor Plan of Showroom Unit Type A1
And as they say, breathe in luxury in every space, designed to exude living grandeur.
The Type A1 showroom unit is pretty compact but well laid out. Nothing complicated about it and pretty straighfoward aesthetically speaking. From the viewpoint of the buyer, it will however be fully furnished and as previously mentioned, with the allocation of what the Developer will provide in furtniture, if the buyer is not happy with what is given off-hand, then the buyer can easily opt for choosing their own furniture which makes things flexible.
This is an excellent deal when it comes to this high-end luxury serviced apartment. And I believe this is a rarity in most Iskandar regional developments. So far I have not come across such a wonderful deal.
Fully-furnished- that is what it’s all about when it comes to the MB Group. And at the high-end price you’re faced with, it still works out in your favour across the board. Looking at how this showroom unit was decorated, I would like it as it is but it is up to the buyer discretion to choose what they prefer and this makes the whole adventure more exciting, doesn’t it?.

Johor Bahru was founded in 1855 by Temenggung Daeng Ibrahim, the father of Sultan Abu Bakar, one of the best-remembered Malay Sultans, together with a Chinese businessman, Wong Ah Fook. The town was originally named Tanjung Puteri, and it started out as a small Malay fishing village. Sultan Abu Bakar moved the seat of government from the old capital at Teluk Belanga in Singapore to this city in 1866. He changed the name of the new capital of his kingdom to Johor Bahru.

There are two major highways linking the city centre to the suburbs, with the Tebrau Highway linking the city to the north-east and the Tun Abdul Razak (TAR) Highway/Senai-Skudai Highway linking it to the north-west. Local craftwork is sure to catch the eye and make lovely souvenirs.
The Causeway from JB across to Singapore
The Causeway links the city to Singapore with a six-lane road and a railway line. Additionally, three more highways are being constructed which are the Coastal Highway (Danga Bay-Nusajaya), the Eastern Dispersal Link (JB CIQ-North/South highway) and East-West Link (Permas-Pasir Gudang).

Analysis
7 Questions to Answer before Making a Decision to Buy
Before putting your life savings into a property investment, ask yourself these few questions to determine whether or not your dream home will appreciate in value or forever lie fallow:
- Does it have an MRT/LRT nearby?
- Does it have Road and Highway access?
- In these days of high-speed technology, does it have telecommunication infrastructure in place ie. Telephone lines, fibre optic/wireless technology for Internet and Wifi?
- Does it have an “exciting” feature to breathe “life” into the township, such as: An international school or university campus with foreign students, a shopping centre, offices, a hospital?
- What is the standing of the developer?
- How near is it to CIQ and Singapore?
- How do you feel about the level of Security?

The Pinnacles is a development of MB Max, a member of MB Group of Companies. This firm has also launched several Johor based projects such as Sky Habitat, Skyline Residence, Tritower Residence, Pandan Residence I, Pandan Residence II and M Condominium.
Even though The Pinnacles is located in Johor, it is mainly targeted at foreigners, Singaporeans specifically. A 10% early bird discount is offered, together with free legal fee, maintenance for 2 years, furnishing, car park, SPA and loan agreement.

Yet prospective buyers of The Pinnacles should also note that, the entire area is currently undergoing massive developments and there are also numerous residences developed in the surrounding.
It will take several years for the development to complete and in the meantime, the residents there can’t seem to avoid the air and noise pollution.
Properties in Iskandar Malaysia is opined to be good for long term investment and if you are willing to “wait-it-out”, things will really show on how developed this Flagship Zone A has become – so be the early bird and get your “New Living Era” homestead as the special packages offered are simply unbeatable and the views absolutely incredible – “ Luxury right in the centre of it All”, only at the Pinnacle.
