Summary

Putra Platinum is a very good project, but is rather low profile. Buyers are attracted to this development because of its partial furnishing with air-conditions in all the bedrooms and living room, the water heater – and perhaps most importantly was its early promo of free SPA, and free loan, legal and disbursement fees.
