Razak City Residences is a rather large scale project that will encompass 22 acres. It will be located along the Sungai Besi Highway. The development will comprise a serviced residence that carries a commercial land title, and house a grand total of 5748 units. Designed to be a high density development, these units will be housed within 5 blocks, with each block standing 48 storeys tall. This totals about 1,150 units to a block, and about 24 units to a floor. Only 4 lifts will serve each floor, which may be an issue during peak hours.
Residents of Razak City Residences will be able to select between two different types of layouts that range between 800 sq ft and 1,045 sq ft. Type A is the smaller of the two units at 800 sq ft, is priced from RM389,000, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type B, the larger of the two units at 1,045 sq ft, is priced from RM509,000 and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both unit types come with only 1 parking lot.

Buyers of Razak City Residecnes who want a hassle free move in can opt to purchase partially furnished units that come furnished with kitchen cabinets, hood and hob. While the 3 schools within walking distance may spell traffic congestion for the residents, they are nevertheless also within walking distance the Salak South LRT station and the Salak South KTM station. These railway track options will provide a traffic-congestion free route to the city.
As a part of the Sri Petaling Line, if commuters desire they get to the Kuala Lumpur city centre, they will need to interchange at the Masjid Jamek line to hop onto the Kelana Jaya Line which will provide them with a direct line to KLCC within 5 minutes. Analysis
Similar to its predecessor Parklane OUG, Razak City Residences is one of the most affordable homes in its area of development. Even while offering spacious homes, its prices offer the most value for money as compared to similar developments.

The general consensus is that traffic around Razak City Residences is going to be rather congested upon its completion as it is a very high density project. The developer is however carefully planning the routes to reduce traffic congestion as much as possible. There are many buyers who are very interested in this project despite its high density, as the developer has proved with their previous development that their projects enjoy good price appreciation.
