Residensi Lambaian Dua in Kajang is developed by Layaran Pintas Sdn Bhd, one of the property development divisions of Anvil Group aside from Senatel Sdn Bhd.

The 60-acre niche development offers various kinds of residential and commercial properties at 342 units in all. Its Aries component consists of 80 units of town villas, while the Brevia component comprises 68 units of terrace houses. There are also townhouses. As of the publication date of this review in January 2019, these are the only properties available for sale, and the houses are all located on freehold land with residential titles.

The Aries town villas each has a land area of 22ft by 85ft. Each unit comes with 3+1 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Built-up area ranges from 1,283 sq ft to 1,418 sq ft, and the units are priced from RM452,510.

In comparison, the Brevia terrace homes each has a land area of 22ft by 75ft. They measure between 2,266 sq ft and 2,331 sq ft, with each property having 4+1 rooms and 4 bathrooms. These units are priced from RM649,770.

Meanwhile, the townhouses have built-up areas of 1,281 sq ft, and are priced from RM411,200. These units come with 3+1 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The developer has also announced three other components in the integrated project, but their details have not yet been finalised. These include two-storey terrace residences in Chaseni, semi-detached homes and bungalows in Decca and two-storey terrace houses in Erinys. There is also a future development consisting of commercial spaces and high-rise residential units, but this component has not been named yet.

Residensi Lambaian Dua is expected to be completed by April 2021.
