We compared Residensi Rimba with two other residential projects within the vicinity, namely The Estate By Bon Estate and The Park Residences By UOA. Units at Residensi Rimba are undoubtedly the most affordable due to its affordable starting unit price of RM380,000. However, the project’s biggest disadvantage is that there are lots of serviced residences, so privacy is a key concern if you’re going to buy a home in this development.

Summary
Let’s start first with the negative things about Residensi Rimba (Cubic Botanical). The project is close to a cemetery and mosque. The developer Ancubic Capital also doesn’t have much past project track record. But the biggest bad thing is that it has a very high density of over 1,100 units.
Despite these drawbacks, the project has many positive attributes that makes it a superb investment property, as well as a family home. While there’s no nearby LRT station, it is within walking distance to Pantai Dalam Komuter Station (KTM), which is just one station away from Mid Valley Megamall and two stops to KL Sentral. The development is also adjacent to 2 Digital Free Trade Zones that have been granted with MSC status, namely Bangsar South and Pantai Sentral Park. This means the project is next to two major employment hubs. Given its proximity to a shopping mall and 2 MSC-status developments, Residensi Rimba has bright rental prospects.
But the most attractive thing about Residensi Rimba is its affordability, with units being 30 percent cheaper than the prevailing market prices in the area. Thus, there is much room for capital appreciation. Aside from having a resort-style botanical environment, the project is just opposite of Bukit Gasing Forest Reserve and is close to Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, making it an excellent home for nature lovers.
