Unlike Parkfield Residences, the homes at Ridgefield Residences are not supported by a pocket park. There are a total of 178 linked townhouses, lined in single rows, at Ridgefield Residences. Exhibiting a modern exterior, these dual frontage homes are either adjacent to a 750-metre lake, face the front façades of houses, or are fringed by a linear garden back lane that stretches up to 80 feet. Having a dual frontage heightens ventilation and sunlight exposure, while providing maximum views.
The pull factor of Ridgefield Residences is its extra privacy due to its low density arrangement, and a larger open space and landscaping. Rooms with attached bathrooms are purpose-built to look and feel spacious and exude comfort. All townhouse units either face a south, east or west orientation.
A Type A3, the 3-storey townhouses occupy a land size of 25’ X 85’. There are 2 different units within this structure – divided into a lower unit, and an upper unit. On the ground floor is the lower unit and on the first floor is the upper unit. The former site of the Kajang Hill Golf and Country Club takes on a new lease of life. Known as one of the few remaining golf parcels in Kajang, the land is currently being transformed into Tropicana Heights.
