Sapphire Paradigm is strategically located in a prime area. As a matter of fact, aside from being situated next to the bustling Paradigm Mall, it is adjacent to the MSC-status Ascent office tower, five-star New World Hotel and The Azure Residences, while the Kelana Jaya Recreational Park and the Petaling Jaya Stadium are just a short walk away.

The development has excellent connectivity as it has direct access to the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) highway, which leads to Damansara and Kepong. It is also just 1.2 kilometres to the Federal Highway, through which motorists can travel to the heart of Kuala Lumpur, while 1.5 kilometres away is the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), which leads to Klang, the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the airport’s terminal 2 (KLIA2). There is also an Aerobus Service going to KLIA and KLIA2.

Travelling to Jalan Subang is a breeze, hence, motorists can easily reach Subang Airport and the affluent residential enclave of UEP Subang Jaya (USJ).

If you have a car, all it takes is 6 minutes to travel to the Kelana Jaya LRT Station, which opened in September 1998. If you don’t own a vehicle, the developer provides free daily shuttle service via Rapid KL to and fro Paradigm Mall and Kelana Jaya Putra LRT station hourly from 9am to 11pm.

Moreover, the Glenmarie LRT Station is closer at a 4-minute car ride, and this will function as an interchange station for the ongoing LRT3 project. But in July 2018 the new federal government decided to delay the completion of Phase 1 of the LRT3 project from August 2020 to August 2024 in order to reduce its cost.

Despite the LRT3’s long delay, Sapphire Paradigm is already successful in its own right thanks to its sought-after location.

It is also relatively close to Giant Kelana Jaya Mall and Kelana Jaya Medical Centre. High school SMK Kelana Jaya is nearby as well likewise for Subang Golf Club. Overall, the location is really impressive. It’s flourishing and surrounded by mature townships within 15 – 30 minutes’ drive. Furthermore, there are industrial hubs in the vicinity.

Analysis

To evaluate Sapphire Paradigm, we placed it side-by-side with two other developments in the vicinity, namely Panorama Residences and Sunway Serene. The result – Sapphire Paradigm surpasses the two contenders in terms of location, as it is only 30 metres to the popular Paradigm Mall, while the five-star New World Hotel and MSC-status Ascent office tower are just a stone’s throw away.

Homes at Sapphire Paradigm are also more spacious and there are fewer units, resulting in a low-density project.

However, properties in prime locations usually command a premium price, with units at Sapphire Paradigm being significantly more expensive than those in Sunway Serene and Panorama Residences.
