The inspiration that first sparked the conception of Semanja means “sama-sama manja”, reflecting the intention of the developer to encourage the community to foster a sense of community, closeness and prosper together.

Located 300 metres away from the Kajang-Semenyih Bypass, Semanja Kajang is a mixed residential development project located along the Kajang-Semenyih bypass. Semanja Kajang is located on the East side of Kajang Town bordering Kuala Lumpur. Surrounded by matured suburbs like Cheras, Balakong, Seri Kembangan, Puchong , Bangi and Putrajaya it will be the new and upcoming developed town in near future.

In terms of road connectivity, Semanja Kajang is nestled in between two major expressways – the Kajang-Semenyih Bypass on one side and the Kajang SILK Highway (according to Google Map, 7.2 km away) on the other. After that, the Kajang-Semenyih Bypass becomes Kajang-Seremban Highway or LEKAS, which can also lead you to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). On the opposite end, immediately after the Bandar Sungai Long exit, this same highway is known as the Cheras-Kajang Highway, and leads you to Cheras and the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

The SILK highway, on other hand, can connect you to seemingly distant destinations such as Puchong, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. There will also be the upcoming EKVE Highway that connects Sg Long to Ampang, and residents will enjoy easy access to South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and North-South Highway.

The closest shopping malls to Semanja will be Plaza Metro Kajang, AEON Cheras Selatan and the IOI City Mall in Putrajaya. Kajang Town, which is considered the pulse of this part of Kajang, is accessible within 3 minutes. There is also Kajang Stadium next to it.

When it comes other modes of transportation, there are a few other options available to future residents of Semanja in Kajang. Semanja will be within a 10-minute drive of KTM Kajang, MRT Kajang, MRT Stadium Kajang, and MRT Sungai Jernih. The KTM train line has 3 designated pickups and stops. One at the Serdang Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) station is close to The Mines Resort City. The second is in the heart of Kajang itself – the Kajang KTM station, near commercial centre REKO Sentral. The third station is UKM KTM, near University Kebangsaan Malaysia in Bangi, Selangor. Bangi is another mature township that is home to Bandar Baru Bangi and is facilitated by Bangi Golf Resort and the German Malaysian Institute.
