Summary

Senibong Cove is a relatively new development that is still in its baby stages. Even though phase one and two have already been completed and sold out, the development is not even close to halfway done. While prices have clearly already appreciated, buyers who get a home in Senibong Cove now will still be able to get a decent appreciation on their property value in the future.
