UEM Sunrise Berhad is a strong household name in the arena of property development in Malaysia. The public listed company is the concoction between UEM Group Berhad and Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Serene Heights is a sterling project undertaken by one of the top 10 property conglomerates in Malaysia, UEM Sunrise. The project rose from the idea that the rapid emergence of urban settlements has brought about the death of authenthic kampung style houses.

Choosing flowers as their names, the developer is positioning these houses as something beautiful and fluttering.

The 3 distinctive projects are all 2-storey terrace houses bearing 121, 153, 162 units respectively. In terms of built-up, Acacia has layouts ranging from 2,143 sq ft to 2,837 sq ft while Begonia commands measurements of 1,803 sq ft to 2,821 sq ft. The 3^rd project Camellia is equally sizable with measurements of 2,174 sq ft to 2,790 sq ft.

Each development consists of between 4 to 5 bedrooms and 4 to 5 bathrooms. Every unit is able to accommodate up to 2 or 3 cars. Corner lots might be able to accommodate even more due to its extra space.

A check with UEM Sunrise’s official reveals that the completed date for Acacia is estimated to be somewhere around June 2018. Begonia and Camellia are estimated to close at June 2018 and July 2019 respectively.

Bangi is a small town located south of Hulu Langat district, Selangor. With history dating back to the early days of Malaysia, Bangi was initially surrounded by dozens of palm oil estates, most of which have been converted to townships in the last 20 years.
