Located just off Jalan SS7/4 opposite Western Digital, Sunway Serene is going to be a serviced residence that carries a commercial land title but is governed by the HDA law. This means that residents will be charged residential utility rates which is approximately 30% lower than commercial rates.
Sunway Serene will comprise 2 blocks of 46 storeys, and house 894 units of homes. Peak hour lift traffic will be assuaged by the 7 lifts that will serve each floor. Buyers will have approximately 6 different types of units to choose from, that range in size between 892 sq ft and 1,788 sq ft. The smallest unit Type A will be sized at 892 sq ft and comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This is followed by Type B and B1 which comes at 1,105 sq ft or 1,154 sq ft.
