The Glades – a name that brings to mind a place where tranquil, grassy, shallow water exist. Next, imagine a series of landed properties built around this very winding path of waterway, along with even shallower and smaller series of water features throughout an entire 56-acre development. This is the very concept that is reflected at The Glades in Putra Heights.

The first design is a Type A, 3-storey home which offers a gross built-up area of 4,435 square feet, as well as a land area starting from 2,411 square feet. Entrance into the home is on the ground floor, where the car porch, wet and dry kitchens, living, dining and foyer areas are also located. There’s also room to powder your nose (next to an open-air pavilion), to showcase a water feature, and the maid’s quarters.
The master bedroom, which comes with en suite bathroom (with a bathtub) takes up half of the space on the first floor, also features an outdoor side terrace or balcony, and storage space. Another bedroom and connecting bathroom is separated by family hall or seating area. Another bigger front terrace sits right above the car porch. The highest floor can accommodate 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms, as well as a back terrace or balcony.
The second design, a Type B, 3 ½ storey comes with a gross built-up area of 5,167 square feet, and a land area starting from 2,486 square feet. The staircase that spans four levels leads from the lower ground floor, where there are 2 terraces, a courtyard area, utility and store rooms, and a room and bathroom are located.
Entrance into the home starts from the ground floor with adjacent car porch. Once inside the home, there is a common washroom on the right, and a foyer which leads to the dining, dry and wet kitchens on the left. Towards the back of the wet kitchen are the yard and maid’s quarters. Walking pass the staircase will lead you to the living room, which also looks out to a back balcony. Accessible highways in the vicinity include the Federal Highway, KESAS, Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), the ELITE, South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). Taking the ELITE will take you to Shah Alam and Seremban, whereas going on the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) leads to Petaling Jaya, Puchong and Putrajaya.
The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is 32 minutes away via the ELITE. Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, is 25 minutes via the ELITE. Heading to Kuala Lumpur on the Damansara-Puchong Highway takes 38 minutes.

Located 5 minutes away by car from The Glades is Putra Point Commercial Centre. This local commercial hub is occupied by fast food outlets, car servicing shops, private clinics, and banks.
