Each floor, beginning from the 10th floor right up to the 35th floor, houses a total of 12 units. When you arrive on the 36th floor, you also arrive at the Sky Lounge, one on each side near the sky garden. Also located on this floor are a few residential units. All units either afford ample views of either Bukit Jalil, Puchong, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya or Sunway.

All units are unfurnished with the exception of shower screens and bathroom fittings but no water heater. You’ll have to pay between RM1,000 to RM2,000 more for each higher floor.

Old Klang Road, Kuchai Lama, Kepong, and Jinjang are the most matured and earliest residential neighbourhoods in Kuala Lumpur. They existed even before Malaysia achieved independence in 1957.
