With easy access to these highways, residents of Topaz at Taman Putra Prima will find that they are only about 12 kilometres from the town centre of Puchong, 16 kilometres from Bandar Sunway and about 30 kilometres of Kuala Lumpur. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2 are less the 40 kilometres away.

Living in Taman Putra Prima is ideal for the home buyer who desires a peaceful and serene environment. This is because Taman Putra Prima features a “garden” concept, emphasising on living in nature.
Cons
The only con of this project is its price. For its location pretty far out from the city, it is expected that the price would be more affordable. Buyers are however compensated by the fact that their homes are comparatively large in size, and it would be impossible to buy a landed home of this size in the city at the same price.
Summary
Overall, Topaz at Taman Putra Prima is a great place to call home. It does not make a good investment due to its location and high selling price, but it makes for a good place for own stay.
If the property buyer takes out an RM742,400 loan (80% LTV) with an interest rate of 4.6% that is payable in 30 years to purchase an RM928,000 unit in Topaz at Taman Putra Prima, the monthly instalment will work out to about RM3,806.
