Trion is to be the flagship development of Binastra Land, and carries a GDV of RM1.2 billion. Trion will sit on 4.075 acres of land, next to the Southgate Commercial Centre fronting Jalan Sungai Besi. It is to be a mixed development that will comprise of Mecure Hotel KL, serviced apartment and retail component. Housed within 3 blocks, Block A and Block B will stand 66 storeys tall and Block C at 56 storeys tall.
