1. Can we apply for multiple housing loans at the same time to see which bank offers the lowest interest rate & sign the offer letter with one bank that offers the best deal?

2. I had a mortage sales executive tell us not to apply with multiple banks same time because if CCRIS check is run multiple times for the same person, it will effect that applicant's scoring. Is this true or is it a gimmick by sales executive so that we only apply with their bank n do not compare other banks?

3. If developer offers a rebate for the house price, which is the price we use to apply for loan? Housing developer's agent said that original price before discount will be the price given to bank for loan application for higher loan margin. We as a buyer, do not need the higher loan, because higher loan means higher installment for us. So which price is the actual price that is supposed to be stated in loan application?
