My spouse and I currently own a HDB and a condo. We would like to sell both and buy a landed. Our condo and hdb would probably be worth less than 3 million. We earn about 800 000k a year combined but I'd like to stop working in 10-15 years. What kind of landed can we afford ? We would like to A&A so that we can move in directly without a long period of renovation ( and having to rent etc).
