A DBKL flat already 20 years old leasehold with a remaining 70 years tenure. Its first owner was a non-bumi then sold it to a bumi. If this flat is now open for sale, is a non-bumi buyer eligible to transfer from the current bumi owner?

yup it is. the flat is master tittle? master tittle normally such condition is non bumi unit. as it fullfill the quota Read More
