A property agent asked me to help sell an expensive property. I'm not a Real estate negotiator and I won''t bother myself with showing the property or any of the legal work. I will only find a buyer and refer the buyer to the agent. How can I calculate a referral fee / finder fee if I find a buyer for the agent who successfully sell the property to my buyer? TQ
