About 20 years ago I bought a flat in Subang Perdana, Subang Jaya, Selangor and the property was paid in cash. I had the Cukai Tasiran changed to my name at MBSJ using the sales and purchase agreement. I left the country thereafter and recently returned to find that the property was not transfered to my name for unknown reason. I approached a lawyer but was told that I need the sales and purchase agreement to do the transfer. I have since lost the sales and purchase agreement. I wonder if it is possible to get a copy from MBSJ. Need help.
