"How to sell Malaysia property from Singapore"
Hello everyone, I am Malaysian staying in Singapore and I wanted to purchase a HDB in near future. However, this is joint name property & loan with my mother staying in Singapore as well. She has health conditions and unable travel back to Malaysia. May I know is there anyone can advise the procedure for selling the property please?
