I suggest that you sit for a 2 days Real Estate Negotiator's Course (cost RM600) at any one of the approved institution under the Board of practice. You may check on their website www.lppeh.gov.my After obtaining the certificate, you may seek an interview with any of the licensed agencies registered with the same Board. All the best in your real estate career!
