As a foreigner interested to buy property in JB, I understand we are not allowed to buy 3 types of properties. But can you help to confirm the following:
- allowed to buy landed at RM$1M and above ?
- single storey landed house ?
- need to engage lawyer for purchase assuming no loan required ?
