Banks have turned down our application for house loan. Their reason the bank policy doesn't accept house not 100% bricks. The house is a bungalow lot but it is an old house. The front of the house made of kayu chengal plus jati while at the back 70% are from bricks. We only interested of the land not the house. Our plan is to get rid the house and build new one on that land. This is our first time to purchase the house and to get the bank loan. Does anyone know if the is any other way to apply the bank loan?
