Between Ritz Perdana 2, Perdana Exclusive Condo and MSQ Condo. Which would be a more worthwhile buy as I've heard there are issues with the management of exclusive condo and MSQ. Ritz 2 is very attractive but they're only studios.

If you looking to rent out to get rental return, then Ritze 2 studio was more suitable. Read More

Hi Derek, depend your size of family, if have many members then would need to consider Perdana Exclusive / MSQ.
