In PJ Selangor, foreign buyers only allow to purchase property above 2 million and above.

In the state of Selangor, foreign buyers are prohibited from
a) Purchasing landed residential properties unless said property is issued with a landed strata title (e.g. gated community);
b) Buying auction properties and
