Dear Mr Kok TQ for your question in ASKGURU. As your has already been approved it is not advisable to add in your girlfriend`s name as a Co-Owner of the property. This is because you may have to re-do the loan again. OR Banker may give you a Supplementary Letter of Offer. The best way, If you want to add your girlfriend`s name as Joint Owner is to inform Banker before the loan is approved.
