Can I charge prorated rent if tenant return the keys 2 weeks after the handover date/contract expires ?

There is no correct or wrong answer here. Have you communicated with your tenant about this? If you have let the tenant know of this clause earlier then you can request the tenant to pay prorated. If not, try to communicate with the tenant. Read More
