can i get strata act that mention the maintenance fee based on land area? as what I see, should be based on share unit. mind to enlighten me

Maintenance fee under the act will be based on share unit instead of land area. If you are referring to strata landed house, the share unit can be found in the strata title. Management corporation will charge based on the share unit of your title
