Hi, you need to engage a solicitor to help to do such a process. It's close to similar as a new Sales and Purchase Agreement.
If the house's loan is under your name(alone), and now intent to remove other parties remain only your name, it's should be no problem if your income(job) getting better or remain unchanged.
