If you haven't heard from the agent (Nicholas Lew), we'd suggest contacting him at +60 12 357 1314 to check on that.
Usually, there are 3 types of deposits involved - earnest deposit, security deposit, and utility deposit. All these details should be included in the tenancy agreement.
