Can i refuse to use / appoint an agent to sell my property? However I only want to use your site to advertise my sale. If i can conclude the sale on my own how much do I have to pay Property Guru?

Property Guru website portal is on a yearly subscription basis and for advertising multiple properties. It is mainly used by property agents and property negotiators. It is not cost effective for owners to subscribe yearly and just advertise one or two properties. Please engage the services of a property agency like us to advertise on Property Guru and other websites or print media. Thank you.
