Hi. we cant give valuation price from an inquiry as only valuers can do that and they charge you a fee for the valuation report. However estate agents can assist you to give you comparative values in the area. Its best you call agents in your area to meet you and to give those values. you also need to tell them more info like built up, name of apartment etc. or just look at the advertisements in the web or print media to know asking prices of the apartments.
