Hi, I am Ryan from PropNex Malaysia. I want to assist you with your enquires.

It wouldn't be an issue. The change in citizenship will affect the RPGT only if you want to sell off the property in Malaysia. You will be categorized as a Foreigner and subjected to the tax.
