I am the owner of a Pavilion Suite and am currently seeking a reliable agent to handle renting out this unit. I had an unpleasant experience with a previous agent who did not provide timely updates on rent payments and refused to provide the tenant's contact number.
In situations where the tenant paid rent late, the agent would repeatedly claim to have no updates from the tenant. Despite my request, the agent refused to provide the tenant's contact number, making it difficult for me to check on the tenant's status directly.
Moving forward, I am looking for a reliable agent who can thoroughly screen tenant profiles, promptly follow up on rent payments, and take necessary actions, including repossession of the unit if the tenant terminates the lease without notice.
Any recommendations for reputable agents would be greatly appreciated.
