My friend's friend have a hotel for sale in KL, and would like to know how should it be done. I'm not a M'sain nor a resident. I would also like to know is the price ask reasonable and what are the procedure. Do we need an agent in this transaction and how is the agent fees charge if needed? *None of us here is an agent.
