Dear gurus, I have been planning to sell my property in Setia Tropika named The Glitz in Johor. I've received the key to the said property in July this year and ever since had gave privileges to couple of agents to sell it. To my surprise no buyer had enquired on this. I'm actually starting to doubt about the property markets in Johor. The property is the second biggest end lot in that area, approximately 3900sqft and the price that I had offered is considerably low when comparing to the published prices of some of the properties on sale in that area. Please enlighten me on how can I reach the buyer market? TQ for your time. Regards
