Dear Sir,
I'm a Singaporean planning to marry my Malaysian girlfriend and intend to buy a property in Malaysia, but due to Malaysian property law and foreigner restrictions, the property will be registered/purchased in the name of my Malaysian girlfriend. What rights do I have to the purchased property if I divorce or my Malaysian spouse dies? Please enlighten me. Thank you kindly.
