dear sir/madam. i am an Indian citizen wishing to buy residential property in malaysia with good rental returns coz my main aim is to earn from the rent, the budget for the same would range between 250000-550000 RM.
a few areas of preference would be:-
1.high tourist flow areas.
2. areas around universities.etc
This would be my entry level investment followed by few more investments in the same residential sector, all depending on the expected returns. kindly guide me through the complete process with regards to the documentation, money transfers, title, visa requirements,etc,etc.
