Swiss couple, no children, active lifestyle, international environment, lock-and-leave residence, high-quality facilities, access to sports and outdoor activities.
My husband and I are Swiss buyers currently evaluating the purchase of a condominium in Kuala Lumpur.
We are specifically interested in the following areas:
• KLCC
• Jalan Binjai
• Jalan Kia Peng
• TRX (Tun Razak Exchange)
• selected parts of Bukit Bintang and Ampang Hilir
We are NOT looking for family-oriented neighbourhoods focused on international schools. Therefore, Mont Kiara and similar family-centric locations are currently not a priority.
Our preferred criteria are:
• High-quality condominium
• Excellent security and building management
• International resident profile
• Predominantly owner-occupied if possible
• Suitable for lock-and-leave usage
• Strong long-term value retention
• Not intended for rental potential
• Freehold preferred
• Low Airbnb density
• Walking distance or short drive to KLCC preferred
