Do i get a stamp duty for MOT exemption or at least 50% discount for my first home if I have the following purchase:-
2013: a new SOHO
2014: Used lowcost apartment
2016: a new 3 bedroom apartment
Currently, both my SOHO and new apt requires titles transfer. Hoping to get some reduction.
