For a residential condo, can the management make a policy that they have to approve all tenancy agreements first before the owners officially rent it off? what if they already make a house rule that says "X type of person/community cannot stay here"?

Hello, from my understanding, management cannot have such a policy to stop house owner to rent to certain dedicated race / type of people. But can advise house owner do not rent to certain type of people by verbally. If suspect tenant doing illegal activities, they can make a police report, let police to handle it. Tenancy Agreement is between landlord and tenant. So far, never heard management can interference it.
Hope above info help you solve your doubt.
